Service Description

My clients have benefited from counselling for depression & anxiety, emotional dysregulation, trauma/PTSD, life transitions and grief, narcissistic abuse, stress and anger management, body image & eating disorder, the family of origin, cross-cultural families, and cultural adjustment.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24-hour notice if you are unable to make it to scheduled appointments. You will be responsible for the full session fee if you fail to provide at least 24-hour notice (by email, text, call or voice message) of your need to cancel a scheduled appointment.
